END-USER LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Centurion System products are warranted for 5 years, limited to the product being free of defects in materials and workmanship.  The image intensifier tube that enables night vision capability is warranted to be free from defects for a period of 3 years. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or improper handling.  Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than Centurion Systems. The original end-user must have a copy of the original receipt and have registered the product within 30 days of purchase in order for the warranty to apply.

Technical support is provided for any questions related to the operation, warranty service or repair of Centurion devices. All prices are subject to change.  Government customers have a registered special program that provides information related to product specifications, custom pricing, included training, extra warranty protection and approved financing methods.  Please contact a Centurion Systems specialist for your specific department’s purchase program.

NON-GOVERNMENT CUSTOMERS

Some items listed may be limited to government direct purchase only.  Orders from non-government end-users may be cancelled and refunded for these reasons.

100% SATISFACTION AND RETURN POLICY

The first purchase of any model has a 14 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a particular product, you may return it for full credit within 14 days.

Please contact your Centurion Systems sales representative to receive a return authorization number prior to sending merchandise for repair or return.

Standard shipping is UPS Ground. To expedite delivery we can ship 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day. Other shipping methods are available per your request, please contact us for details.

EXPORT LIMITATIONS
Export of military grade night vision equipment from the United States requires a valid export permit issued by the U.S. Department of State, Office of Defense Trade Controls.
